meta/mor/phys
We are continuing our expansion of the meta/mor/phys training program borne out of our Krav Maga workouts, as we have run out of room during our dawn patrol classes (4:45 AM), and as such we opening our training regimen to Krav Maga members and the public on a pilot basis only, starting September 10, 2007.
We will be primarily offering strength/endurance class formats. If you participate in organized athletics frequently and/or have frequent need to exert yourself, you may wish to participate in these classes as a supplement for your regularly scheduled exercise program (i.e. once or twice a week). I recommend two days a week for those of you that decide to pursue this training to sharpen the tip of your spear (so to speak).
Classes are scheduled as noted below:
Monday: 6 PM-7PM (strength/endurance)
Tuesday: 7PM-8PM (strength/endurance)
Wednesday: 7PM-8 PM (pot luck)
Thursday: 7PM-8PM (strength/endurance)
Friday: 6PM-7PM (strentgh/endurance)
Classes have limited space availbaility and usually top out at 15 participants per workout. Ticket holders have first priority and walk-ins are welcome once all ticket holders are admitted. Ticket packages can be purchased on-site at our training location: One-2-One Training Facility, 3930 Kirby, Suite 100, in Houston.
Ticket packages include a "12-pack" and a "24-pack" (the closest you'll want to come to drinking beer once you engage in the meta/mor/phys program). Tickets are $17 per ticket (12 pack), $15 per ticket per (24 pack), and walk-in tickets are $20 per class.
All classes are held at the One-2-One Training facility at 3930 Kirby, Ste. 100 (just North of Hwy. 59) on the second floor, North class room. You can't miss it - it's the one with 6 foot heavy bags, kettle bells, weighted bars, olympic rings, etc.
