Stop.  Who are you...really?  What are you seeking?  Do you honestly want to toddle down this path?

Why do you train?  If your answer is one of the following...to look good, to meet chicks/guys, as a social outlet, to maintain your fitness, or to build huge muscles...you've stumbled across the wrong website.  Do yourself a favor and Google something else, we're not for you and you're not for us.

We don't play at fitness, and we don't pretend at exercise.  We do train hard, invite pain, experiment often, and push our limits daily in pursuit of greater functional fitness, strength endurance, and tolerance.  Our research is done exclusively in our lab and on our bodies - and we only look for others who do the same.

Still interested?

As a group, many of us train to be prepared for physical confrontation, and as a result, our training means more to us that the one dimensional concept of "form."  Rather we seek high "functional" levels of strength.  Question:  Would you rather be able to bench press 500 pounds or develop the capability to knock a man out with a single blow?  If you said bench press, we differ in goal orientation, thought, and objective.  If you said the other (or anything else that resembles functional strength - like doing 200 push-ups on a ball or 20 consecutive pull-ups on an uneven bar) then we should talk.

We don't train with everyone we meet, and we are selective about who joins the group long-term.  But, if you're looking to train with intensity, creativity, experimentation, and variety all rolled into a $&@# sandwich and topped off with a healthy side of "who thought of this" then check out the other pages on the website, and we'll be seeing you soon.
